What We Offer

Whether you need a personal assistant, a stickler for your timeline, a buffer between you and that aunt that just won’t leave you alone, or all of the above, we’re here for you by your side (or across the venue) on your big day! Package starts at $1,000 for 8 hours.

About one-two weeks before your wedding, we’ll meet on the phone, over video, or in person to discuss all the little details that will go into your event. 

You give us the info, we give you an airtight timeline that everyone from your grandma to your caterer can reference day-of!

Coordination begins one month before your event date, but once you’ve booked we are available via email if you have any questions! Day-of we’ll be wherever you need us- setting up decor, directing guests, checking in on other vendors, and handling all the little surprises that come up!
